Need Warranty Work?

Each year we get back about two-tenths of one percent of our tools for warranty work. We aren't happy about that. Our goal is to build tools that NEVER need warranty work. But, no one is perfect.

Our tools have a one year from the date of purchase warranty. Our torque testers have the same warranty.

If you find that your tool does need warranty work, contact our customer service department. They will discuss the issue. They will also issue an RGA (returned goods authorization) so when your tool arrives at our plant, we know exactly what to do with it.

Here is the step by step process for handling warranty work:

1. Contact our customer service team to discuss the issue. Be sure to secure an RGA (returned goods authorization.)

2. Complete the calibration/repair form. Be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue. This helps us quickly address the issue.

3. Email in the calibration/repair form to customer service.

4. Print a copy of the calibration/repair form and place it in the box with the tools or tester to be calibrated. Be sure to include the RGA number on the form.

5. Write the RGA number on the box prior to shipping it.

Our customer service team will keep you apprised of the process and let you know when your tool is returning to your facility.
