Exacta™ Plus is the newest series in the family. This product is really a system that incorporates and integrates computer software and the Exacta™ Plus Digital Torque Wrench into a management control tool that extends your reach all the way to every fastener it touches. The computer software keeps databases of information pertinent to your applications (torque specs, number of fasteners on assembly), assemblers and Exacta™ Plus wrenches, and allows you to combine them into specific work orders for specific jobs. 

When the assembler - or auditor - is to do the job, the person logs into the software and downloads the job to the wrench. The tool now has the specification information required for each and every fastener on each and every assembly. After logging out of the software, the assembler does the job. The tool keeps track of the progress through the various tasks in the job, and uses a “warn-inform-record-index” cycle to help the person perform each task correctly. “Nut 01 Task 01” is the start point, and there can be up to 50 fasteners on each of 50 tasks kept track of for every job. Exacta™ is the tool of choice where torque application must be demonstrably accurate! The +/- 1% I.V. accuracy and 999 torque reading memory are a potent combination when documented proof of compliance to specifications is needed. Critical joint assembly, auditing, and safety-critical applications are just routine for this tool!

Exacta™ is very operator-friendly! Tool balance is excellent, with the bulk of the weight right at the operator's hand. The large, high-contrast LCD makes the display readily visible, even at arms length in shadow! To augment this, the electronics module rotates 60º about the tool's axis. This keeps it visible even when the tool is used off-axis to the operator.

Exacta™ features user-programmable torque limits (in English, S.I., and metric units of measure) that trigger both an audible alarm and an "OK" or "NG" on the display to further assist the operator. Getting it right couldn't be easier!

Exacta™ has the S/R Dovetail for use with over 100 Interchangeable Heads. All our heads of 1 7/16" Common Centerline work interchangeably on the wrench with no change in torque or accuracy!

Exacta™ comes with FREE additions that increase its value! The Dovetail is not bare, as with most interchangeable head tools. You get a Fixed Square Drive Head - FREE! A NIST-traceable tabulated certification from our ISO 9001 facility is included with the wrench - FREE! Exacta™ Production Digital Torque Wrench Series
Assembly line oriented with continuous power and real-time communications!

Exacta™ Production is the fixed-location heavy duty series of the family! Designed specifically to meet the needs of assemblers for continuous duty and real-time communications, it serves beautifully on the line.

Exacta™ Production features a hard-wire connection to its' Power/Communications Module. The module delivers 6 VDC power continuously, assuring full-time availability. No batteries to replace!

Exacta™ Production also provides real-time bi-directional serial communication for flexible assembly and data management. The Power/Communications Module has a 9-pin serial port for relaying data from the wrench to your IT system. The serial data can be relayed to SPC software for charting, used for off-line QA activities, and stored as proof of compliance to specifications.

Exacta™ Production also accommodates flexible assembly and cell operations very easily! Torque specifications (Max/Min) can be downloaded to the wrench from your IT system at any time. Finished the last piece of Product "A"? Download the torque specifications for the next product entering the cell or coming down the line and go right to work! Changeover of specification and units of measure takes only moments. The operator will immediately have the benefit of the audible alarm as a guide to the quality you seek!
